Payments are received via: Cash App and paypal-I must receive full payment before beginning any piece.-I will allow 1 free change to the finished piece with no cost after that you will be charged (excluding wrong markings or character flaws that were my fault)-During the sketch process I allow changes of course but if the previous sketch was approved and you decided to make a major change it will cost a fee depending on what it is.(Do Note You Can Pay Anytime To Be Bumped Up In The Queue)-If you wish to request a refund you will receive a determined amount of money depending on how much of the piece I have completed (example: if I had completed 50% you will receive 50% back)-I will not provide a refund if the piece has been completed, if there is an issue with the piece please inform me right away so I will be able to fix it for you unless it’s major changes. Fixing the art is free if it was a mistake on my part but major changes cost extra.-DO NOT remove my watermark or signature, trace, copy, claim as yours, or steal any of my artwork. Do not post my artwork without the watermark! MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED FOR NFT OR AI ART!-Alterations overtop my work without my permission is prohibited. Please do not do that.-Commissions can be terminated for certain reasons; harassment, rushing, immaturity, threatening. if payment is voided or not cleared.
Art takes time, especially since I’m one person. Please be respectful and mindful of that~You will not get a refund if your commission is terminated! This goes for all commissions!-Violation of any of these rules will result in possible legal actions, and the inability to request a refund or commission in the future.Please tell me you have read and understood the terms for commissioning and agree to all terms

Commission Time
I send wip pictures along the way in the case of changes
If you rush me a lot, the piece may be lower quality or will terminate your commission.I am one person and life happens so do keep that in mind that it can take time.
If it takes longer, I will notify you, however I do not mind the occasional check-up!｡♡Corrections
Major corrections on your commission will be done during the sketch phase (Up to three) If the mistake is from my end I will fix with no charge, however, if you want a change/additional during the lining/coloring stage there will be an additional fee.
Depending on the difficulty of changes, expect there to be delays. I want to make sure every commissioner's art is complete at a reasonable time and it is not fair to them as wellNOT for resale
I do NOT give permission to resale my art/reproduction rights.Commercial
~Commercial rights have to be okayed by me before you use it for mercy at stuff so please ask.
~If I give commercial rights you do still have to credit somewhere and it will cost more than a normal piece.Payment
