☆.:ﾟ+｡♡☆.:ﾟ+｡♡_{By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Thank you so much for your support and patience}♥❀❀~Payment•Payments are accepted via Cash App and PayPal. Other payment methods can be agreed upon.
•Full payment is required upfront before I begin your commission.
•Please do not send payment as “friends & family” if buyer protection is needed.♥~Process & Revisions•I will send WIP (work-in-progress) updates, especially during the sketch phase!
•Please let me know if changes need to be made while in the sketch phase and not after it’s finished.
•Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. More revisions=Longer turnaround.
•Once the sketch is approved, major changes may require an additional fee.
•1 minor revision is allowed after completion.
•Any additional edits after completion may require a fee.
~If I make a mistake (missed details, markings, etc.), I will fix it free of charge.❀~Turnaround Time (TAT)~I am chronically ill and have physical limitations with my hand, so timelines may vary.
•Typical turnaround time: up to 2–4 months depending on complexity and queue.
•I will always do my best to communicate delays or updates clearly.
•You are welcome to check in respectfully if you haven’t heard from me in a while.
•You can pay a “rush” fee to be further up in the queue.♥~Behavior Expectations~I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if there is:
•Harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior.
•Excessive rushing or pressure.
•Disrespect toward me, my health or time.~If a commission is canceled due to behavior, a partial refund may be given depending on progress

❀~Refund Policy~Refunds are based on progress:
_{Example: 50% complete = 50% refund
•No refunds once the artwork is fully completed.
•If I must cancel the commission, you will receive a fair partial or full refund depending on progress.}♥~Usage & Rights~You may:
•Post the artwork with credit.
•Use it for personal use only.
_{♥please don't post any works in progress (WIPS) without my explicit permission!❀}~You may NOT:
•Claim the artwork as your own.
•Remove my watermark/signature.
•Trace, edit, or alter without my permission.
•Use for AI, NFTs, or blockchain-related content.
•Resell or reproduce the artwork.
•You may not use my art for hate speech, slurs, etc.❀~Commercial Use Terms_{Commercial use is NOT included unless explicitly purchased.}•A separate commercial fee must be paid in full before the artwork may be used for any monetized purpose please.
•Pricing will vary depending on usage
•Credit is still required unless otherwise agreed upon._{Yes you can purchase commercial rights later on down the road}♥~Commercial Usage & Rights•Commercial use includes (but is not limited to):
•Merchandise (stickers, shirts, prints, etc.)
•Branding (logos, VTuber assets, stream use, etc.)
•Paid content, advertising, or promotional use.•Allows use of the artwork for merchandise and branding.
•You may profit from the design.
•Credit to Candy is required when possible (ex: bio, panels, product listings).
•You may Not alter, or claim the artwork as your own.

•Frequent or major revisions may extend turnaround time.
•Clear communication helps ensure you get the best result.
